The annual Festival of the Arts in Grand Rapids is a free, three-day community event, which features stages of performances, a juried Regional Arts Exhibition, and dozens of food booths run by non-profit organizations. Plus, creative activities for children and adults to enjoy making their own art as well as purchasing art from West Michigan artists. The Festival of the Arts takes place the first full weekend of June every year. See more details at:

CAWM has been participating in the Festival and providing Chinese food to the community since 1990's. It is the only annual fundraising event for the association. It is a great opportunity to support our community, good time for members and friends to be connected. It is also an important occasion for high school students to accumulate volunteer hours.
